They are scammer's I payed 999 dollar's and now they are not replying to me

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Penn Foster. I enrolled in their online high school program, paying $999. Despite the payment being deducted from my bank account and appearing on my statement, Penn Foster claimed they never received it. I provided proof of the transaction multiple times, yet they failed to resolve the issue. For three months, I reached out to their customer support team repeatedly, only to be met with excuses and delays. Each time, I was told they were "looking into it," but no real action was taken. When I finally decided to cancel the enrollment and requested a refund, they simply stopped responding to my emails and calls. It feels like they are deliberately avoiding me to avoid refunding my hard-earned money. To this day, I have not received any acknowledgment of my refund request or any assurance that my issue will be resolved. I am sharing my experience to warn others about Penn Foster's unprofessional and unethical practices. They have shown no regard for their customers' concerns and are holding onto my money without providing any service in return. I feel cheated and frustrated. Please think twice before enrolling with Penn Foster - they are not trustworthy and their customer service is practically non-existent.😢

I was enrolled and completed some courses but that was 4 years ago. If I enroll again do I have to retake those classes?

I like the Remodeling and Repair Program. I was filling in the form. My phone number was correct with 11 numbers. The column turned to red saying I needed 12 numbers. That broke my spirit. Thanks for you feedback in email. I will try again shortly.

I used Penn Foster for high school, jeeze, 20 years ago. I am considering enrolling my son, but it's changed so much. I wish I could just get him the hard copy books like I had.

Hey are proctored exams in the high school diploma program?

I've seen alot of people say great things about it. The only downside was that they struggled with English 4 (the research paper). Alot of people kept getting graded low and having it returned. It's also alot of people cheating using forums for all of the answers and admitting it online 🥴 that is definitely going to mess it up for alot of people later down the line, that are actually taking it seriously and studying.
